Photo Tip — The best times to shoot night photography are dawn and dusk, right before is actually night time; at what we call in photography the blue hour. Use a tripod and an aperture smaller than f13 to make star shapes of the harsh lights in the frame. Give night photography a try next time you feel like making fresh images of the much photographed spots. Better yet, book a night photography walk with me to make images like this one.
