Rudy Giron: &emdash; Ceviche de pescado tilapia

For this first Sunday of Lent I had the opportunity to prepare my favourite ceviche: Tilapia fish Peruvian style ceviche. To add more color, texture and contrast I added avocado bits only for the picture, although I must say I did like the combination very much.
