What kind of street photographer are you, hunter or fisherman? I tend to practice both styles and a combination of both approaches, but I prefer the Henri Cartier-Bresson approach for the stronger composition and its geometry. In other words, once you have a strong frame, wait for life to walk into your frame and press the shutter at the decisive moment.
